Low Carb Diet Meal Plan

Losing weight with a low carb diet food plan
A low carb diet meal plan is an excellent way of losing weight, as long as it is used together with a sensible exercise plan as well.
There is no need to go overboard with either the low carb diet or the exercise plan. But you need to stick at them if you expect to see long-lasting results, including significant weight loss and an improvement in your health and general appearance. It is also extremely difficult to lose weight on your own.
Finding a weight-loss support group you can share your triumphs and failures with is the best way to go. There are many such groups who can help you. Some are commercial, such as Weight Watchers. Others are not-for-profit 12-Steps groups, including O.A. (Overeaters Anonymous), F.A.A. (Food Addicts Anonymous), and F.A.A., CEA-HOW and others.
Personally, I really believe the 12 Steps fellowships are the best way to go. But like A.A. - Which invented the Twelve Steps - a Group won't work for you until you are willing to surrender completely and do what you are told... And that is so very, very hard to do.
If you cannot find a weight-loss group in your vicinity, then at least find a like-minded friend who will go on walks with you and who is willing to take part in the same weight-loss diet plan that you are doing. That way you and your friend(s) can give each other moral (or should that be morale) support.
Your low carb food plan needs to start by cutting out carbohydrates and starches, such as bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and flour. You also need to cut out sugar, desserts, chocolates, candy and all caffeinated beverages including coffee and tea.
A little skim milk is permissible, but milk should be limited to small amounts each day because of its fat content and its natural sweetness. It is also responsible for causing our bodies to produce extra mucus, so you may well feel much healthier if you can do without milk completely.
The most important foods you can eat are fresh fruit and vegetables... Yes, rabbit food. And for maximum benefit, the more you eat raw vegetables – as in salads – the better.
Raw fruit and veges provide a wonderful collection of natural vitamins and minerals, and they have the bulk and roughage so they fill your stomach effectively and clean out your intestines. So your gut becomes more healthy. This is why juiced fruits or vegetables are nowhere near as good for you as eating the raw products and passing them through your alimentary canal.
When you just drink the juice you miss all the benefits and your gut doesn't get it's detoxifying clean-out.

This information is only partially true. Yes, cutting way back on carbs - and cutting out sugar and refined carbs completely - is the way to go. But on a healthy low-carb plan, you will be eating a large proportion of your calories in the form of good fats - olive oil, avocado, omega-3 fatty acids (as in fish oil) and, yes, animal fats such as butterfat and fatty cuts of meat, as well as coconut oil. That doesn't mean eating bacon with every meal (the vast majority of bacon is treated with carcinogenic nitrites), but it does mean eating natural fats. Your body requires fat to function properly, and fat more than anything else will help you to feel satisfied between meals. The conventional belief that fat (particularly saturated fat) causes heart disease is not supported by science or by experience. The idea that "fat makes you fat" is simplistic and inaccurate. Read some of Gary Taubes' writing for a truly intelligent discussion of these ideas.
Its not to much gram of fat in the low carb diet u not spouts to eat 200 plus gram of protein and like 30-35gram of fat and 50gram of carb? And on the high carb day just in cries the carb for 150-180 gram??
To lose weight, you need to have a plan and to stick with it.

This approach definitely works and is probably the easiest long term way to eat.
